Ebullient, focused, funny, passionate, sincere, hard-charging and dynamic.” That’s how Microsoft describes its CEO Mr.Steve Ballmer.
There has been a buzz going around whether Steve Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft, is crazy ? Who knows? But surely if he’s not crazy, he must have a some sugar problem.
According to CNET, Mr. Ballmer threatened to kill Google company .And he did this while throwing chairs and cursing because a senior engineer had told him that he was leaving the company to go over to Google. The engineer made the claims in open court.

So love this company or another thrown chair will soon be coming towards you. It difficult to say whether baller is passionate or crazy because Crazy and Passionate are intertwined. Sometimes one can’t be crazy without being passionate and can’t be passionate without being crazy. Mr Steve Ballmer is one of those few who love(obsessed) and live their company. Mr.Ballmer joined Microsoft in 1980. He headed several divisions within Microsoft including “Operating Systems Development”, “Operations”, and “Sales and Support”.One should remember that in some societies even life partners donot live together with same counterpart for so long period (28years) . Today,Mr. Ballmer is steering Microsoft away from the desktop and into other areas – enterprise software, health care, robotics. Whether he is crazy or passionate or authoritarian, his true value to his employer may be simpler: The company would be a lot duller and colorless without him. He belongs to very different breed of ceos.
